Senior Sales Executive - High End Corporate Furniture

Our well established commercial furniture client is seeking a senior sales executive to join their business development team in Perth. The company supply a range of high end commercial furniture solutions to a range of clients in Perth. They sell into a diverse client base including end users in the lucrative mining, oil and gas sector, corporate clients for office fit outs in Perth, aged care and healthcare refurbishments and also into the education sector. These projects are traditionally specified via architects and designers and then followed through via the builder or developer.
As part of the business development team you will focus on generating revenue via the architectural client base whilst also maintaining the relationships with the builder, developer, project managers and end users. You will be given the tools and support required to be a success in this role, what we need from you is your energy, drive and enthusiasm and industry experience. You will be measured and rewarded via your presentations, revenue generation and contribution towards the state budget. Your main part of the role will see you developing relationships face to face but you will also be involved in cold calling, account management, tendering, estimating and project coordination.
We are seeking applicants with a successful track record in selling via architects and designers, ideally from a fit out perspective. Applicants with commercial furniture experience and current relationships in WA will be particularly welcome. We need people who understand sales and business development and have a passion for the building sector. You will be able to work autonomously and have the drive and energy to manage your pipeline and client base effectively.
