The role; -
- As one of two Mining Engineers answering to a strong Senior, expect to be mentored through new tasks then given the autonomy to make decisions.
- General production, contract management, pit design using Surpac, reconciliations and short term planning and implementation.
- Plus contribute towards setting systems, procedures and standards for this new site.
- Looking to bring someone in to move into Senior and beyond.
- As one of the two sites comes into production in Q1 of 2012
- Make tangible input into the team.
- Influence the hiring of Grads
