This is an ideal first step in that you will be located in the Perth CBD office but overseeing Continental Africa projects. You can enjoy the benefits of a Monday to Friday roster with 8 days of international travel every 2-3 months.
Travelling with you through this process will be the Manager of Mine Planning with over 20 years’ of local and international experience. Deal with National and Expat staff and contractors with the support and mentorship of your Manager; don't just get thrown in the deep end!
Combining aspects of production support and planning you will get the opportunity to develop into the complete Mining Engineer. This in turn presents options for development into Senior roles in either Tech Services or Production.

Other than the upper quartile salary, benefit from travel allowance, private health, phone and gym memberships. Adding on the up to 12% incentive programme makes this a holistic salary package.
You will bring a BEng in Mining and 3-6 years’ of post-grad experience. Prior experience in Gold or Nickel would be strongly favoured.
