Working closely with the Quarry Manager and 2 Pit Superintendents, plus the Senior Planning Engineer in Perth, you will learn from these Seniors on a day-to-day basis. You will have exposure to 3 month rolling plans and liaising with experienced contractors on site.
With emphasis on internal development, the company will also give you the remaining production time you need to get your QM ticket.

Minimum 2 years operational experience and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining.
