Yes working for a big international mining house means you could feel like a number, but the team I will be working with is a pretty cool bunch of guys, the maintenance supervisors are pretty open to ideas, the reliability engineering team is making some good inroads, and my Superintendent is young and from an engineering background which is good for my professional growth. Even the Maintenance Manager is approachable!"

This role will see you providing technical advice and support in the design and maintenance of equipment and systems. Manage day-to-day issues with an eye to driving longer term strategies such as reliability centred maintenance and shutdowns.
Oh yeah, and safety is huge at this site as you will developing safety indicatives for work groups, including the graduate engineers.
Essential: B Eng and around 5 years mining or minerals processing experience.
