SENIOR EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST

This mining operation is looking for a Senior Exploration geologist - Kalgoorlie Residential.

Not your usual opportunity.< /p>

• You will operate autonomously at times as this is a very hands on role, regional exploration as well as near mine resource development and drilling projects.
• This role is more of a step into an Exploration Manager role with the mentoring and supervision of the Exploration team of 5- Exploration Geos and Field Assistants.
• The crew have a mix of experience and are all fairly laid back and flexible, yet know when there is work to be done. They are an easy team to fit in with. 
• Smaller sized company, with small company culture. They don't have the long, drawn out procedures that you would need to go through for a decision to be made.
• You are trusted with decisions and your experience and technical skills and respected. 
• Residential Kalgoorlie. Relocation assistance provided (Try a new setting where you have time to yourself and if you have a family will be home with them every night)
