This is your opportunuity to join one of Australia's most successful and expanding hotel groups as their CONFERENCE AND EVENTS SALES MANAGER.to join one of the. Located in Perth CBD you will lead and manage a talented and professional team and be responsible for securing new conference as well as maintaining current clients. Liaising with clients on a daily basis you will be the first point of contact for all events from weddings, corporate and social events and will work to ensure their requests are met and exceeded. Your exceptional sales skills will see you securing opportunities to attract new business to the hotel and working with the sales team to promote the hotel and conference and events facilities.
To be successful in this role you will need:
•Previous experience in a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel
•Experience in organising and managing events on various levels
•Staff management
•Excellent attention to detail
•Excellent time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines
•Solid food and beverage knowledge
